A good bodybuilding diet is essential to a bodybuilder. Duh!!! So a good dancing diet is good for a dancer. Huh!!! Ok already let me explain.
Stress In the Gym
Many people who take up bodybuilding are under the impression that muscle is built in the gym. It obvious is it not? You go to the gym to build those nice big muscles by picking up all those heavy weights. True? Well not quite. You see you go to the gym to basically tear your muscles but picking up heavy weights. This is called stressing the muscles and is an important part to building muscle.
Build muscle outside the Gym
When you leave the gym your body immediately goes to work to repair those tears that you so politely created in your muscles. But your body is really smart. It does not just fix the tears your created it makes them stronger so that you cannot tear them again(yeah just watch me). Think about it, if your body did not make your muscles bigger and stronger you would not be able to pick up heavier and heavier weights every week.
This is how muscles grow… you stress them by picking up progressively heavier weights and your body repairs them by making them stronger than before. Thus muscles grow outside the gym not in it.

The body knows how to repair your muscles for you no problem at all. Well there is one little thing…go on spill the beans…OK! OK! Stop twisting my arm.
Your body can only repair and grow your muscles if it has all the right nutrients. You see if you do not have the right nutrients your body will not be able to repair and grow your muscles. Even worse is if your body is starving. It will consume the very thing you are trying to grow…oh yeah it will eat your muscle as it is the best food source being a protein and all. It also requires less effort to metabolise protein than fat.
So the secret to building muscle is a good bodybuilding diet which means you must eat a good balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat every three hours or so. This is by far the best approach to eating as you will never be hungry and tend not to over eat as is the tendency if you eat two or three meals a day.
