how do i get strong? (14 year old girl)?
i’m a 14 year old girl and i want to build upper body strength and tone my thighs. right now i have a body like this but with smaller boobs:)http://flyfishing.thefuntimesguide.com/images/blogs/fishin%20chix%20calendar%20girl.jpg how can i get rid of thigh fat?
thanks for the answer, i’m really into rock climbing and i do yoga when i’m in the mood. i will not get taller and stretch out i might grow 2 inches tops… i am 5′1″ now.
14 year old girls aren’t really meant to be strong by any definition. They can be toned and healthy and physically fit. It would be pretty easy to achieve that though. You need to eat healthy foods, avoid excess carbs (bread, chips, etc.), get plenty of exercise, drink enough water, eat appropriate portions of food (don’t eat because you are bored or over indulge because it’s so tasty!) I would advise you find an activity you enjoy and get into it. I really like kickboxing classes. It’s a great workout, it makes you feel tough, it’s fun, and they play good music. There is also sports, aerobics, pilates. Change it up and you will see improvement in all areas of your body. Don’t go overboard worrying about thigh fat and stuff, you’re only 14. You’ll get taller and stretch out. Just focus on being healthy in general! Good luck!
